FAQs - Memberships

What is included in your membership?  How much does it cost?

The membership  costs $65 per month.  The monthly fee includes a free 50-minute massage, and unlimited massages at 25% discount.  You can use the 50-minute massage as is, or apply it to a longer session.  


How does it work?
The membership fee is withdrawn from your credit card once a month.  Each membership fee payment earns you a 50-minute professional massage session.  Your earned session is deposited in your account and is available for as long as your membership agreement is active.   

You may use your earned session to receive a 50-minute professional massage, or use it toward other services of the same or greater value.  If you choose to apply the session to other services of the same or greater value, the session is converted to the paid amount and is applied to the price of services of the same or higher value.  

There is a $25 deposit which can be refunded to your credit card or released to your account if you receive 3 massages in the first 3 months..

Can I cancel at any time?
The membership requires a twelve-month commitment and continues month-to-month after that.  After the initial twelve-month period, you can cancel your membership at any time, for reason or no reason, with a 48-hour written notice.  If cancellation is received prior to the end of the three month period, the balance under the contract is due. Use the cancellation form found on the members page to submit your cancellation request.  All membership benefits (discounts, member specials, earned sessions) are terminated on the membership termination date. 

Can I add someone to my membership?
We no longer offer shared memberships.   

How can I sign-up?
You can complete the agreement on the  membership page.  We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone who has demonstrated that they do not agree with any or all of our policies, or to anyone who terminated their membership or let it lapse in the 12 months prior to agreement date.
